1. One‑on‑one accompaniment — Each session is a personal conversation about your work, your prayer, and the movements of grace you are discerning.
2. Review of your current icon — You send photos of the icon you are writing; I respond with a prayerful eye and gentle guidance.
3. Spiritual reflection — We look together at what the Holy Spirit may be inviting in your artistic and interior life.
4. Artistic feedback — Rooted in tradition, offered without imposing a style or school.
5. Integration of prayer and practice — Encouragement in keeping your work grounded in liturgy, Scripture, and silence.

🌙 Format & Rhythm

1. In my studio in the Bronx or
2. Sessions by video — for those far away, or
3. Written correspondence — for those who prefer a slower, contemplative pace.
4. Frequency: Monthly or bi‑monthly is most common, allowing time for prayer and work between sessions.
5. Duration: Sessions last about 30–45 minutes, though the Spirit sometimes asks for less or more.
6. Commitment: You may come for a single session or walk together for a season. There is no obligation.
